Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to inspect the property and address safety and maintenance needs daily.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems.
• Ensure pristine landscaping and maintain the swimming pool to the highest standards.
• Utilize digital platforms to manage and track maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and keep workspaces organized and well-stocked.
• Engage warmly with guests, addressing their needs with professionalism and urgency.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and reliably.
• Computer literate, capable of navigating digital maintenance systems.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
