We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and developing people. This role oversees multiple locations, works closely with executive leadership, and plays a critical role in driving operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial success.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple workforce housing properties.
- Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and department leaders.
- Conduct operational audits and property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to improve performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Monitor labor costs, budgets, purchasing, and operational expenses.
- Partner with Culinary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, HR, Recruiting, and Executive Leadership.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and onsite management teams.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Regional Operations Management experience.
- Hospitality, hotel, multifamily, workforce housing, or service industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Must be willing to travel throughout Texas and New Mexico.
- Valid driver's license required.
