• Deliver warm, friendly and professional service throughout every guest's dining experience.
• Confidently explain menus, daily specials and beverage recommendations.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standards.
• Build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences through genuine hospitality.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including food allergens and dietary requirements.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant areas to our brand standards.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
