YOUR ROLE

The front desk agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that high-level customer service is provided at all times and in compliance with the standards of the chain and brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and register guests upon arrival and process their departure in an efficient and professional manner.
• Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
• Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early departures or extended stays, and guest requests to other departments.
• Verify and adjust charges to guest accounts, while being responsible for cash transactions.
