🔥 What You'll Do (Cook Duties):
Prep and cook all food items according to brand and health standards
Keep kitchen and restaurant areas clean and sanitized
Stock food and assist with biweekly food orders
Ensure food is cooked to guest preferences and served on time
Report kitchen maintenance or equipment issues
Uphold all health and food safety policies and procedures
🍹 What You'll Do (Server Duties):
Greet and engage guests with a positive, energetic attitude
Suggest food and drink options, knowing menus inside and out
Deliver orders accurately and in a timely fashion
Build strong guest relationships and respond to concerns professionally
Maintain knowledge of food, alcohol, and safety laws
Support your team with flexibility and initiative
🛠 What You'll Bring:
Previous guest service or restaurant experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry (up to 50 lbs for Cook role; 25 lbs for Server)
