Compensation: $115,000 to $125,000 per year
Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales strategy for multiple properties, playing a key leadership role in positioning the hotels across group, corporate, and convention segments while fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service experiences

Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, the Associate Director of Sales may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Hotel, including but not limited to weekends and holidays.
Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000 + Incentive Program
