Tasks and responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas (lobby, lounges, corridors, stairs, elevators, exercise room, bathrooms, etc.) according to established standards.
Ensure the premises are presented impeccably and respond courteously to customer requests.
Use the products correctly according to the surfaces and report any defects observed.
Make deliveries to guest rooms according to customer requests
Collaborating with the reception, maintenance, and operations teams on special projects

Desired profile

Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role
Knowledge of Marriott tools (an asset)
Speed of execution and stress tolerance
Good team spirit, autonomy, dynamism and versatility
Sense of initiative
