Job Description

• Greet customers upon their arrival to check them in;
• Explain the hotel's services, including the Marriott Bonvoy program;
• Responding to our customers' requests with unparalleled service;
• Answering phone calls and transferring calls to the correct department;
• To carry out customer departures;
• Taking room service orders;
• Inform customers about our products and services;
• Coordinate various requests with the departments;
• Compile requests and track them using our computerized system;
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and be able to perform all other tasks related to this position.

Requirements

• Training in a field related to customer service (an asset);
• Have significant work experience in customer service in the hotel industry or other related field;
• Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required in order to communicate with our international clientele;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Professional approach and able to work under pressure;
• Having a sense of initiative, as well as attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Marriott programs and Opera software is an asset.
