What You’ll Do as Houseperson
- Ensure all public spaces are consistently clean, welcoming, and well-maintained—including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and exterior areas
- Respond to guest requests quickly and with a positive attitude to support an exceptional guest experience
- Support the housekeeping and operations team by assisting with linens, trash collection, and occasional guest room support
- Maintain cleanliness standards and follow safety guidelines and sanitation protocols
- Be a team player as we work hard and have fun together!
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of prior Janitor or Janitorial experience preferred.
- A positive, friendly, and energetic personality
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping public areas clean and guest-ready
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Willingness to support team operations in a variety of ways
