Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Seasonal Part-Time Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our team our beautiful campgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rake leaves, pine needles, and other debris from landscaped and common areas
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Remove weeds and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
• Collect and dispose of trash from grounds, public areas, and waste stations
• Empty and clean trash receptacles throughout the property
• Operate pressure washers to clean sidewalks, buildings, picnic areas, and other surfaces
• Sweep and maintain roads, pathways, parking areas, and common spaces
• Assist with irrigation system monitoring and basic repairs
• Perform seasonal landscaping and grounds improvement projects
• Assist with setup and breakdown of special events as needed
• Report maintenance, safety, or landscaping concerns to management
• Safely operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and pressure washers
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain equipment in good working condition

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing
• Ability to work on uneven terrain and in outdoor environments for extended periods

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the resort.

Wage Rate: $17.00 per hour
