Housekeeping Floor Supervisor PM
Responsibilities
- Inspects the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.
- Assigns special assignments as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
- Reports any repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms or turndown
- Ensures that all GRAs have appropriate supplies and linens.
- Assists in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary, including providing turndown service
- Assists in processing AM and PM room status reports.
- Ensures that the GRA's linen cart is neat and well organized.
- Ensures that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
- Check discrepancy rooms
- Check departures and update status throughout the shift
- Actively walk Public Space every hour for cleanliness. High traffic areas on lobby level with many outlets.
- Ensure guest requests are delivered within 10 minutes.
- Able to run the coordinator position with high level of technology usage
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards
- Ability to work with management on special projects
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs
- Must be able to use general computer programs
- Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed
