Compensation: $21.50 to $22.25 per hour

The Role

As a Group Room Coordinator, you will manage group reservations and rooming lists, ensuring all group bookings are accurate and properly communicated across departments. You help deliver a seamless experience for group guests, from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage group bookings, rooming lists, and reservation details in the hotel system
  • Coordinate with sales, front office, and housekeeping to ensure group requirements are met
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate group reservation information
  • Monitor room blocks, pickup, and cut-off dates
  • Communicate changes, special requests, and VIP details to appropriate departments
  • Assist with pre-arrival planning and group arrivals
  • Respond to inquiries from group clients and internal teams
  • Ensure billing instructions and group arrangements are accurate
  • Follow all hotel standards, policies, and procedures

    Qualifications

    What Makes You You
  • Previous hotel reservations, front desk, or group coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and coordination
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with multiple departments
  • Proficient in hotel systems (PMS experience a plus)
  • Team oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends
