Omni Viking Lakes Hotelis seeking aSpa Front DeskAgent.This team member is responsible forscheduling spa appointments and maximizing spa service opportunities. Communicating spa promotions with guests and associates, up-sell, and provide tours of the spa.

 Salary for this position starts at: $15.50/hour. Omni Viking Lakes Hotel reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race. Part Time Associates at Omni Viking Lakes are entitled toelectthe following benefits: Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the spa to support Omni's related sanitation protocols. 
  • Check guests in and out according to Omni Standards
  • Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance withOmni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell Idlewild services and products.
  • Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed.
  • Communicatespa promotions with guests.
  • Greetsguests & members, providing information and directions as necessary.
  • Instructs guests where they may change and/or dress for Spa treatments and experiences.
  • Maintain locker roomin sanitary and safeconditionto include shower areas, and vanities.
  • Maintain all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition.
  • Maintain Spa Garden spaces in a fashion that ensures neat, safe, and sanitary conditions.
  • Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockersas necessary.
  • Participates in periodic product inventory as directed.
  • Conductstours of the spa and related facilities.
  • Must maintain client and spa business confidentiality/privacy at all times.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Regularly attend, participatein and support training and staff meetings.
  • Report any maintenance problems throughout the spa to the proper authority.
  • Communicate to managementany and alloccurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
  • Complete other duties asassigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to input information accurately and efficiently into computer systems
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up all responsibilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previouscustomer service experience
  • Previouscashiering experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possessexcellent guest service skills and willbe responsible forensuringa qualityguest experience in the Spa.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Team player
  • Responsible and dependable with abilityto fulfill on-call scheduling needs, according to the demands of the business.
  • High personal standards and values
  • Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible and cooperative.
  • Mustbe able to communicate effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, reach
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.

Working Environment:

  • Interior and exterior of Spa
  • Occasional exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
  • Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
