Your Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and professionally run environment during the overnight shift.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with precision and warmth.
• Manage reservations and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Reconcile daily transactions and compile essential management reports.
• Assist with early morning operations, ensuring guest satisfaction at every turn.
• Uphold key control and guest confidentiality, ensuring a secure environment.

About You:

• You're experienced in customer service, ideally within hospitality.
• Your communication skills are top-notch, and you have a friendly demeanor.
• You're proficient with technology and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and reliable, you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing atmosphere.
• You're ready to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Occasionally lift or carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortably stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift.
• Maintain composure in a high-pressure environment.
