Compensation: $65K - $95K/yr per year plus bonus

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our 115-room Holiday Inn Express Maspeth NY

This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial results.

What you'll do:

• Lead all aspects of daily hotel operations
• Drive guest satisfaction, brand standards, and service excellence
• Manage hotel financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, profitability)
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Partner with Sales to maximize occupancy and revenue growth
• Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance
• Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong understanding of IHG brand standards (Express preferred)
• Hotelkey PMS knowledge is preferred
• Track record of driving financial results and guest satisfaction
• NY FLSD Certification
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for team development and service excellence
