The Hotel General Manager oversees daily operations of a hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth facility management. Reporting directly to the owner, this role involves staff supervision, budget oversight, and hands-on customer service to maintain high standards and operational efficiency with limited involvement in marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning of the property
• Supervise and lead a team of under 25 staff members
• Oversee financial management to meet revenue goals
• Enhance customer service standards and manage guest relations
• Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure safety compliance
• Report regularly to the owner or board on operational status and challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hotel management
• Educational background in Hospitality Management
• Expertise in customer relationship management
• Strong leadership abilities for staff supervision
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
