Are you ready to take your career to the next level?  We are seeking a skilled individual in customer service and sales to fill a pivotal role at our Hotel. This position offers a unique opportunity for you to showcase your talents and grow in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and reservations
  • Handle guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with rate management, inventory, and OTA systems
  • Support hotel marketing and revenue strategies
  • Coordinate operational projects with the General Manager
  • Ensure smooth front desk and administrative operations

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of hotel front desk experience
  • Proficient in Opera PMS
  • Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Knowledge of:
    • Revenue Management
    • Hotel Marketing
    • Hotel Sales
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assist the General Manager with daily operations and special projects
  • Team player with a professional appearance and attitude
