The Role As a Server Assistant, you maintain clean and organized dining areas, assist servers during busy service periods, and help ensure guests receive a comfortable and enjoyable experience. You play a key role in keeping operations moving efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

Partner with servers and culinary team to exceed guests' expectations and to deliver the Stillwater & Stone experience

Remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery from guest tables

Help maintain speed and quality standards during service

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations

Support servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar in an efficient and courteous manner

Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas

Restock linens, glassware, silverware, and supplies

Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
