Houseperson

Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-oriented Houseperson to join our hospitality team. The Houseperson plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the hotel’s public areas, meeting spaces, and guest support areas while assisting the housekeeping team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness center, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas
• Assist housekeeping attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping calls
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces as directed
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and perform general cleaning throughout the hotel
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping storage areas and equipment
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned
• Ensure hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service are consistently met
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately
• Support teamwork across departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Qualifications:
• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
