We are seeking a motivated, experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team.

This position assists the Director of Front Office and supervises the daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services and Union Bellman department.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) managing the front desk, coordinating with other departments, guest services, concierge requests, resolving guest issues, and training and supervising department personnel (as to ensure their ability to provide exceptional service and exceed the expectations of our guests).

This is a salaried position and we are offering $67,500/year. 

Job Requirements

1 year of Front Office Management experience.

At least 2 years of hotel experience. Preferably in more than one department. An overall understanding of hotel operations is ideal.

Superior leadership and guest service skills.

Ability to see the big picture.

Great personal skills (being comfortable in front of guests and making them feel comfortable).

Ability to smile easily and often.

Ability to keep your agents in a positive mood if at all possible.

Open availability a must, schedule is not set

Knowledge of Opera PMS, Excel and Word.

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Professional command of the English language (spoken and written).
