We are looking for an enthusiastic breakfast server to enhance our guest’s morning experience with exceptional service and a warm smile, then transition to banquet set up.

Your Role with Us

As a vital part of our food and beverage team, you’ll have the pleasure of setting up and serving a delightful complimentary full-service buffet breakfast at one of our hotel locations. Engage with guests from around the world, ensuring their morning is brightened with a meticulously laid out meal and beverages served from the heart.

Shift Details: AM shifts, 6am-10am, 5-6 days/week, banquet shifts vary.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the breakfast area before, during, and after service, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Warmly greet guests, offering knowledgeable insights into menu items and personalized suggestions.
Efficiently take and input orders into our point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and prompt kitchen notification.
Comply with all local and federal regulations concerning beverage service.
Continuously replenish beverages and check on guest satisfaction.
Conclude the dining experience by presenting the check with gratitude, inviting guests to return.
Help with banquet set up as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year experience in dining or elevated food and beverage service.
Knowledge of food and beverage basics, including alcoholic beverages.
Proficiency with POS systems and standard service equipment.
Current Food Service Worker Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certification.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
Ability to work early morning shifts with punctuality and reliability.
