Food Runner / Busser
Location: NUA – Beverly Hills
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
Ensure dishes are presented correctly and communicated clearly when dropped at the table
Reset and maintain tables quickly to support seating flow
Pre-bus and clear tables throughout service
Assist servers and bartenders with water service, table maintenance, and guest needs
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications
Strong sense of urgency and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to wear many hats
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Punctual, reliable, and consistent
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and carry trays safely
