Role Overview

Imagine a role where your creativity and keen sense of precision are the driving force behind our thriving sales operations. You’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring every group booking, every corporate event, and every guest interaction is nothing short of spectacular.

Essential Functions

• Be the first contact of brilliance—qualify sales leads with finesse and professionalism.
• Guide potential clients on enlightening tours, showcasing our facility’s charm and capabilities.
• Directly collaborate with the Director of Sales to unearth new business opportunities.
• Master the nuances of room block coordination, providing a personalized touch from pre-arrival to stay.
• Seamlessly integrate with our Group Billing Department to ensure every detail is captured with precision.
• Coordinate and execute corporate meetings for up to 10 guests—each event a perfect blend of professionalism and allure.
• Prepare and present BEO packets for weekly meetings, keeping everyone aligned and updated.
• Step in and support on the day of meetings, events, and weddings, ensuring flawless execution.

Qualifications

Bring your experience in event coordination or a hospitality-driven environment, bolstered by your administrative prowess. A skilled hand in Microsoft Office and a deep understanding of event management or hotel operations are essential. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks with a poised, “can-do” attitude will set you apart.
