Located on the Gallery level of the Hyatt Regency Princeton, Laurea Restaurant offers the tastes and traditions of Italy crafted with a contemporary flair. The food is prepared with love and served with joy in an atmosphere that is vibrant and unique. The interior is a combination of large-scale 20th century modern design combined with the comfort of rustic Italian outdoor dining. A towering steel bar structure with cascading light installation is balanced by weightless fabric pergolas floating just overhead along with overflowing planters and piazza-style string lighting. The central bar is surrounded by the warm glow of a pizza oven, an energetic exhibition kitchen, communal and intimate dining, and contemporary wine and private dining rooms with hand-painted antique mirrors.
