They possess excellent negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships. This individual demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate operational needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute profitable purchasing strategies and negotiation tactics
  • Procure food, non-alcoholic beverages, liquor, wine, and operational supplies
  • Manage inventory control, including daily par levels and monthly inventory reporting
  • Monitor purchase orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of deliveries
  • Maintain proper storage, organization, and cleanliness exceeding health code standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director on product and labor costs
  • Track invoices, coding, and ensure timely submission to Accounting
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships while addressing shortages and pricing changes
  • Identify new products and evaluate supply opportunities to enhance operations
  • Maintain order guides, supplier records, and pricing documentation
  • Actively receive, store, and distribute deliveries to appropriate departments
  • Minimize loss through proper handling, storage, and inventory controls

Who You Will Be Working With

You will work closely with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director, Accounting team, and department leaders across the Club. You will also interact regularly with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and consistent product quality.

  • 1.4 M+ annual Food & Beverage revenue operation
  • 50,000+ covers annually
  • 2 kitchens and 3 dining outlets, plus 3 banquet facilities
  • Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and physical movement required
  • Some nights, weekends, and holidays based on club events and business levels

Qualifications

  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
