Overnight Lodging Coordinator

Reports To: Overnight Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

At Corporate Hospitality Services, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Lodging Coordinator to manage after-hours lodging and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and overnight operations run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Answer and screen incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
Accurately gather information and enter data into the queue system
Monitor and respond to reservation and lodging emails, assigning tasks appropriately
Book lodging accommodations accurately and promptly
Liaise with hotels to update or resolve issues with reservations on behalf of clients
Communicate with clients regarding updates or issues reported by hotels
Negotiate and confirm hotel rates to maximize client savings
Review entries in Salesforce to avoid duplicate bookings
Inform clients about hotel policies that may incur additional charges (e.g., cancellations, parking fees)
Escalate unresolved issues or delays to the Overnight Supervisor
Address and resolve client complaints related to CHH facilities
Complete nightly check-in call lists and document all interactions thoroughly in Salesforce

EXPERIENCE

Overnight Lodging Coordinator: 5 years (Required)
Hospitality Industry: 1 year a Plus
Customer Service
Multitasker
Able to work well under pressure
Team player with positive attitude

Schedule: Overnight shift
