Drive Strategic Insight & Coordination
- Monitor sales performance, driving revenue forward.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain a robust account database.
- Report insightful market trends and competitor activities to the Director of Sales.
- Contribute to monthly forecasting, influencing strategic decisions.
Collaborate for Excellence
- Partner with front desk and operations for unparalleled guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with revenue management to refine pricing and availability strategies.
- Champion marketing promotions and embody Marriott’s brand initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Bring your B2B sales experience to the forefront, driving transformational results.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Build enduring client relationships with finesse.
- Preferably, possess knowledge of hotel PMS and Marriott systems.
- Be self-motivated and target-driven, ready to seize opportunities.
- 3–4 years in hotel or hospitality sales, with corporate account experience as a distinct advantage.
