Night Auditor (Front Desk)

Be part of something new from day one. We are opening a brand-new Holiday Inn Express and are looking for a dependable, professional Night Auditor who can manage overnight operations while delivering great guest service.

What you will be doing

• Perform nightly audit and balance daily transactions accurately
• Check guests in and out during overnight hours
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues calmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations when needed
• Prepare daily reports and ensure all systems are updated
• Maintain a safe, quiet, and secure environment throughout the night

The ideal candidate for this position

• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Customer service mindset with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual—overnight coverage is critical
• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
• Experience with hotel systems (Hotel Key or similar) is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
