Overview:
The PM Housekeeping Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all Housekeeping operations during the evening shift. This position supports the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping by managing daily PM‑shift functions, driving quality assurance, and maintaining departmental cost controls. The manager is expected to be highly visible on the guest floors, actively engaging with associates and guests while ensuring Omni cleanliness and service standards are consistently upheld. This role requires strong operational leadership, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to support AM operations when business needs arise. The PM Housekeeping Manager sets the tone for excellence, fosters a positive team environment, and ensures a seamless guest experience throughout evening operations.
