Your Role
As a Spa Associate, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure our clients receive exceptional service, including:

• Scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out

• Welcoming new clients and guiding them through our orientation

• Answering phone calls and assisting with service inquiries

• Cleaning and preparing rooms between sessions

• Promoting and selling our products, services, and memberships

• Maintaining float tanks (full training provided!)

• Working as a team and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs

What We’re Looking For
We value customer service above all else. If you have 2+ years of customer service and retail sales experience, are skilled with computers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance are also important.
