Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Revenue Manager Analyst to join our growing team in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven hospitality professional to support revenue strategy across a diverse portfolio of 10 hotels in a fast-paced, leisure-driven market.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow their career in revenue management while making a measurable impact on portfolio performance.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Revenue Management to optimize pricing, distribution, and performance across all properties.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Revenue Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data across all 10 hotels
  • Support forecasting, pacing, and variance reporting
  • Monitor KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps

System & Inventory Management

  • Maintain rates, inventory, and restrictions across PMS, CRS, and channel managers
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels
  • Assist with promotions, packages, and seasonal pricing strategies
  • Perform system audits and troubleshoot discrepancies

Portfolio Coordination

  • Support revenue strategy meetings with property leadership teams
  • Collaborate with General Managers and Sales teams across the portfolio
  • Assist with group displacement analysis and pricing recommendations
  • Help manage reporting tools, calendars, and shared resources

Market Intelligence & Strategy Support

  • Research market trends, demand drivers, and competitor positioning
  • Compile insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Stay up to date on revenue tools, systems, and industry trends

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in hospitality, revenue management, or hotel operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with systems like STR, PMS platforms, CRS tools, or OTA channels is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-property portfolio
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting (95%+ accuracy)
  • Support revenue growth across the portfolio (RevPAR, RPI improvements)
  • Identify actionable insights that drive performance
  • Become a trusted partner to property and corporate teams
