Group Sales Manager

Full-Time

We are a full-service airport hotel committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving strong commercial performance. As part of an internationally recognized brand, we are focused on growing market share across corporate, group, and airline segments.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to generate revenue by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. This role will focus on corporate, group, and airline crew business, with a strong emphasis on revenue optimization and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR)
2. Prospect and secure new accounts in corporate, SMERF, government, and airline segments
3. Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and repeat clients
4. Conduct hotel site tours, client meetings, and presentations
5. Manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities
6. Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies
7. Work closely with Front Office and Operations to ensure seamless guest experience
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns
9. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
10. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Delphi, etc.) 

Qualification：

1. Minimum 2–5 years of hotel sales experience (airport hotel experience preferred)
2. Strong knowledge of corporate and group sales segments
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
4. Familiarity with hotel systems (IHG systems, Delphi, Cvent, etc. preferred)
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with IHG or similar branded hotels
• Existing client base in Bay Area corporate or airline business
• Knowledge of SFO market dynamics and demand cycles
