With sweeping ocean views, a flourishing garden, vineyard, orchards, and striking modern architecture, our property offers a one-of-a-kind setting just outside the charming town of Friday Harbor.

We host weddings, retreats, reunions, and travelers from around the world, creating unforgettable experiences that blend natural beauty with thoughtful luxury. Our ethos is rooted in stewardship of the land and a deep commitment to our local community. Every detail of what we do reflects care—for our guests, our environment, and each other.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking team members who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and take pride in meaningful, varied work. This is not a typical hospitality job—one moment you might be tending to goats or helping in the garden, and the next you’re assisting with an elegant wedding overlooking the water.

Our ideal team members are:

  • Hardworking and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership in everything they do
  • Team-oriented, willing to jump in wherever needed and support one another
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
  • Adaptable and energized by a wide variety of tasks
  • Grounded, positive individuals
  • People who value community, nature, and thoughtful, intentional work

We are a small but mighty team that grows significantly during our busy season (May through October), and we rely on individuals who bring both grit and heart to their work. If you love the idea of contributing to a place where luxury meets the land—and where no two days are the same—you’ll fit right in.

Why Join Us
Working at Saltwater Farm means being part of something personal and purpose-driven. You’ll gain experience across hospitality, events, and farm operations while surrounded by incredible natural beauty and a supportive team culture.

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a place that people remember for a lifetime.
