What We Offer:

Opportunity to complete a rotation of operational departments in the hotel to gain knowledge on day-to-day functions
Mentorship to develop your skills and coach you into a successful role as a manager

What You'll Do:

Perform functions of various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Sales
Display a positive attitude and provide information about the hotel and its facilities
Participate in activities that foster growth and learning
Lead and direct staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and employee morale

What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new skills and enhance on-the-job training
Guest relation skills and a passion for providing exemplary guest service
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
Ability to lead and direct staff, manage training, payroll, and achieve revenue goals
Valid driver's license and proficiency with basic computer technology
