We are seeking a.... On-Call Banquet Server with bartending experience to support our events team in delivering seamless, high-quality guest experiences rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is ideal for a versatile hospitality professional who is comfortable both on the floor and behind the bar, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The On-Call Banquet Server will work closely with the events and food & beverage teams to execute banquet functions from start to finish—providing attentive service, supporting event setup and breakdown, and assisting with beverage service as needed—while upholding Lyle’s culture, mission, and service philosophy.

• Set up banquet and event spaces according to specifications and service standards

• Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during events

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed

• Set up, maintain, and break down bar stations for events

• Clear, reset, and maintain tables throughout service

• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and bar areas

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event execution

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or event experience preferred

• Bartending experience required or strongly preferred

• Flexible, on-call availability based on business needs

• Strong knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, polished demeanor with a guest-first mindset

• Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus

Compensation:

$10.00 Per Hour
