Nail Technician - Ocean Tides Spa

Full-Time

Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a talented and guest-focused Nail Technician to join the team at The Ocean Tides Spa. In this role, you will provide professional nail care services while creating a relaxing and welcoming spa experience for our guests.

As part of our spa team, you will deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, professionalism, and guest care. Your expertise, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help ensure guests leave feeling refreshed, confident, and eager to return.

Responsibilities Guest Service & Treatments

• Provide professional manicure, pedicure, and nail care services according to spa standards

• Ensure a relaxing and personalized spa experience for every guest

• Maintain consistent quality in all treatments and services provided

• Recommend spa treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience

Sanitation & Safety

• Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with state regulations and spa protocols

• Properly clean, disinfect, and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations

• Ensure treatment areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked

Spa Operations

• Prepare treatment areas before and after each guest service

• Maintain accurate records of guest services and recommendations

• Assist with laundry, restocking supplies, and general spa upkeep

• Support other spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Guest Experience

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized care for every guest

• Maintain professional communication and a welcoming demeanor at all times

• Stay informed on spa services, promotions, and retail offerings

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required

• Previous spa or salon experience preferred but not required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service

• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

• Passion for wellness, beauty, and guest satisfaction

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
