Sales Coordinator

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Support the efforts of the sales team todrivetop-linerevenue for the hotel.

• Manages and assigns all salesinquiriesfor group, catering, and private dining sales.

• Assistsales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums.

• Create departmental POs andmaintaininventory of office supplies, collateral, and promotional items

• Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi andTripleseat)

• Assistclients and media in the absence of the Sales Manager

• Coordinateclient siteinspections and preplanning visits

• Assistmanagers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be self-directed, motivated anddemonstrateintuitive customer service and interpersonal skills 

• Passionate for hospitality and effectively engages with internal and external clients 

• Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions 

• Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills 

• Multi-tasks andprioritiesin a fast-paced work environment 

• Exercises soundjudgmentevaluates situations andutilizesappropriateand creative resources to solve problems 

• Is technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Delphi FDC and Opera preferred
