POSITION OVERVIEW:

TheConcierge is responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests’ needs.
Hourly rate for this position: $31.26
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are satisfied.
- Assist in arranging for restaurant reservations and transportation as required by our guests.
- Ensure the delivery of parcels, mail, special deliveries, etc. to guest rooms.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards.
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident.
- Speak to guests in a friendly, warm manner, making them feel welcome at the hotel.
- To proactively work to seek out ways in which to improve the hotel experience for our guests.
- Be Knowledgeable of all hotel amenities and with different points of interest.
- Perform any other duties required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
- Knowledge of the surrounding area and all of its attractions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, exceptional organizational skills, an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Proven ability to engage guests at all levels. Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service.
