Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort blends luxurious comfort with the serene charm of the Florida Keys, creating an unforgettable tropical haven in the heart of Marathon. This 103-room resort, set on 12 acres with a 2.5-acre private white-sand beach, offers standalone beach houses and garden guest rooms, three sparkling pools, and vibrant dining at Butterfly Café and TJ’s Tiki Bar. With a focus on exceptional service and immersive water-centric experiences, Tranquility Bay captures the laid-back elegance of island life.

Responsibilities:

Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order
Greet and attend to customers upon entrance
Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
Take and deliver accurate orders promptly
Answer questions and make recommendations for complementary items
Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen/bar staff
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and positively
Issue bills and process payments accurately

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a restaurant server or waiter/waitress
Experience handling cashier duties is a plus
Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
Patience and a customer-oriented approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude
Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
