The Role

As a Room Attendant, you will clean guest rooms and ensure they meet brand and cleanliness standards. You help create a safe, fresh, and comfortable environment that supports excellent guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, floors, and living areas

Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities

Remove trash and used items following safety guidelines

Report maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor

Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas

Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards

Provide friendly service when interacting with guests
