The Role

As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

What You Will Be Doing

Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas

Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems

Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition

Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties

Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards

Qualifications

What Makes You You

Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred
General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
Good communication and team‑player attitude
Ability to work efficiently and safely
Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
