The Role

Oversee daily maintenance activities, assign tasks, and ensure the property is kept in good working condition.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervise maintenance staff and tasks

Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance

Conduct property walkthroughs

Ensure safety procedures and standards

Maintain tools and supplies

Assist the Chief Engineer with planning

Qualifications

What Makes You You

Hotel or building maintenance experience required

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Leadership and communication skills

Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
