Position Summary

The Bartender crafts innovative, world-class cocktails and delivers an elevated bar experience consistent with Michelin-driven standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create cocktails featuring seasonal ingredients and thoughtful technique
Maintain bar with impeccable organization and cleanliness
Provide engaging but refined interaction with guests
Curate and recommend pairings aligned with Chef Ford’s culinary direction
Maintain product knowledge including spirits, wine, and luxury beverages

Qualifications

2–3+ years in craft cocktail or fine-dining bar leadership
Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology
Passion for creativity, precision, and hospitality
