What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day activities of our talented kitchen staff
- Setting the bar high for safety and sanitation
- Fueling our menu planning and mastering inventory management
- Ensuring delicious meals that maximize sales and profits
- Maintaining our high standards of operation and customer satisfaction
As a culinary maestro, you’ll also serve as a resource for resolving complex challenges and mentoring your team to culinary excellence.
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate foodies with a High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary culinary training is a cherry on top!
- Experienced hands with 3 to 5 years in kitchen operations and staff supervision
- Certification in Serve Safe Management
- Skilled in team management, delegation, and motivation
- Excellent communicators who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
