The Role As the Maintenance Supervisor, you oversee daily maintenance operations, assign work orders, and support the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and building systems. You help maintain a safe, efficient environment and guide the maintenance team in repairs, preventive maintenance, and guest service.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervise maintenance team members and daily work assignments

Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel

Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

Conduct property walkthroughs to identify repair needs and safety concerns

Ensure compliance with hotel maintenance standards and safety procedures

Maintain tools, supplies, equipment, and storage areas

Support the Chief Engineer with planning and project coordination

Keep accurate records of work orders, completed tasks, and equipment status

Assist team members as needed with hands on repair tasks

Qualifications

What Makes You You

Hotel or building maintenance experience required

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work

Strong leadership, communication, and task‑management skills

Reliable, safety focused, and able to prioritize effectively

Able to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment

Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
