Job Description
To clean and maintain all carpets, marble, and flooring in public and associate areas, in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities
- Shampoo and spot clean all hotel carpeted areas.
- Clean, polish, and wax all other flooring in the hotel
- Operate and maintain carpet cleaning machinery and supplies.
- Shampoo lobby and public area carpets.
- Clean elevator floors.
- Shampoo the guestroom and hallway carpets.
- Reporting all damages to carpeted areas.
- Responsible for the rotation of all public space and guest room rugs.
- Proper documentation of scheduled cleaning cycles.
- All other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Able to work with Management on special projects.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as moving, bending, lifting, carry, pushing, pulling, and place objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for 8 hours or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive ranges of motion.
