Job Description
To deliver an exceptional and elevated caf experience by combining a genuine passion for coffee with refined, hospitality-driven service. The ideal team member will create a welcoming environment, craft high-quality beverages with precision and consistency, and provide attentive, personalized service that reflects the Fifi Pare and OMNI brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Serving guests in Fifi Pare coffee shop.
- Answering guest questions about menu items.
- Brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages.
- Up-selling and suggestive selling of items.
- Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience required (Peet's Coffee Shop experience a plus).
- Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
- Previous Barista experience preferred.
- Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
- Must have a current ServSafe Food Handler's Card.
- Must be TIPS certified, to able to serve alcoholic beverages.
