Project Manager

Full-Time

• Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of multifamily construction and renovation projects.
• Manage capital improvement projects including unit renovations, exterior upgrades, amenities, roofing, paving, and common area improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control.
• Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with property managers, ownership, and executive leadership.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Provide consistent project reporting including timelines, budget updates, and milestone tracking.

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction (multifamily preferred).
• Experience managing occupied renovation projects is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, permitting, and safety standards.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
