Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Valet Supervisor for the Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites, Honolulu, HI.

Position Summary The Valet Supervisor oversees daily valet parking operations to ensure a seamless, safe, and courteous arrival and departure experience for hotel guests. This role is responsible for supervising valet associates, maintaining service standards, managing traffic flow, and ensuring the security of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities The Valet Supervisor leads and schedules valet team members, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure service excellence and compliance with hotel standards. They oversee daily valet operations, including vehicle intake, retrieval, key control, and cash or ticket handling procedures. The supervisor monitors traffic flow and curbside activity to maintain safety, efficiency, and guest accessibility at all times.

This role addresses guest inquiries, resolves service concerns promptly and professionally, and works closely with the Front Desk, Bell Services, Security, and Management to coordinate arrivals, departures, and special events. The Valet Supervisor ensures all vehicles are handled with care, incident reports are completed accurately, and safety protocols are consistently followed. They also assist with inventory of valet equipment, uniforms, signage, and ensure the valet area remains clean and organized.

Qualifications Previous valet or hotel operations experience is required, with prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and safely enter and exit guest vehicles. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and move quickly throughout the property as needed.

Work Environment & Schedule The Valet Supervisor may work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on hotel business needs. This role is highly visible and guest-facing and requires a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
