As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are a culture leader. You aren’t just managing a desk; you are overseeing the first and last impressions of our hotel, mentoring our Guest Service Enthusiasts, and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors feels the authentic hospitality of the Canopy brand.
The Role This is a leadership position for someone who balances operational excellence with a high-touch, personalized approach. You will lead the front office team during your shift, acting as the primary point of contact for guest resolution while ensuring our service standards remain as elevated as our 13th-floor rooftop.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Vibe: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless, warm, and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Empower the Team: Mentor and support Guest Service Enthusiasts (GSAs), providing real-time coaching and guidance to ensure brand standards are met.
Guest Advocacy: Proactively engage with guests to personalize their stay and handle any concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a "make it right" attitude.
Neighborhood Expert: Lead by example in providing curated local recommendations for West Palm’s best dining, arts, and hidden gems.
Operational Flow: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to manage room inventory, early arrivals, and VIP stays.
Maintain Standards: Ensure all financial transactions, cash handling, and reporting are accurate and compliant with Hilton and Driftwood standards.
Professional Presence: Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting lobby environment that reflects the Canopy aesthetic.

Flexible: Comfortable working a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of hospitality front desk experience, with previous supervisory or "lead" experience preferred.
Proficiency with Hilton’s Property Management System is a significant plus.
A passion for boutique-style hospitality and the downtown West Palm Beach lifestyle.
